Umesh Sachdev
Umesh Sachdev is the co-founder and CEO of Uniphore
SoftwareSystems. Prior to Uniphore, Umesh co-founded Singularis
Technologies,whose Mobile Theft Security product received global
recognition. In2009, Umesh was identified as an innovative
entrepreneur by theMinistry of Science and Technology's
Technopreneur PromotionProgramme (TePP). He has authored various
papers and developedseveral patent applications involving Speech
Recognition and SpeechBiometrics. He was also part of the
organizing team at Proto.in, India'sfirst and largest showcase
event that strengthens the startupecosystem.
Ravi Saraogi
Ravi Saraogi is the co-founder and COO of Uniphore Software
Systems.Uniphore is Ravi's second company, and he harnesses vast
experiencein directing technology teams in initiatives spanning
mobile theftsecurity, wireless network development, and mobile
learningapplications. Ravi is currently an active member of the
Mobile PaymentForum of India (MPFI), where he identifies and
develops businessopportunities in the field of mobile payments. He
is renowned for hisexcellent analytic skills, his dexterity in
problem resolution, and hisproclivity for driving operational
excellence.
Ganesh Rajendran
Ganesh Rajendran is the Head of Marketing and Communications
atUniphore. Prior to Uniphore, Ganesh was with Aspire
Systems,entrusted with the responsibility of marketing Software
Development &Testing Service Lines and gaining market share in
USA, UK, Middle Eastand India regions. Before Aspire, he was with
Lister Technologies andwas instrumental in setting up and growing
Salesforce.com professionalservices team catering to customers
across USA, EMEA and APACregions. Ganesh holds an MBA in Marketing
from PondicherryUniversity and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
from PondicherryEngineering College.
Asif Mohammed
Asif is the Region Head of Middle-East and Africa and is
responsible forrunning Uniphores operations in the Middle-East
market includingBusiness Development, Project Execution and local
compliances. Asifhas been in telecommunication and technology
universe for over 13years in various engineering, consulting and
business managementroles. Prior to Uniphore, Asif has worked with
Siemens and Nokia-Siemens and has handled assignments in Asia,
Middle-East and Europe.He has strong business development skills
and experience in providingsolutions that fulfill clients business
and technology needs. He holds aBE in Electronics and Communication
from NIT, Durgapur and MBA inFinance from Schulich School of
Business, Toronto.
Joseph NL
Joseph is the Director of Sales India at Uniphore. He is an
alumnus ofIIM Bangalore, having 16 plus years of experience in
Businessdevelopment & Operations. Joseph has worked with Rise
India, EveronnEducation, Yantra Software, Reliance Communications
and TATA VSNLin the past and in various senior level assignments on

functions ofProduct Engineering and Professional Services on
eCommerce, OSS/BSSdomains. He has vast experience in technology and
management thathelps him drive product development, project
delivery & supportstreams and to implement effective &
efficient processes across theseaspects. He holds a Masters degree
in Computer Science from NJIT,USA and he has worked with companies
like Lucent, Portal, Subex,Ariba before joining Uniphore.
Raghav Narayan
Raghav is the Head of Consulting business at Uniphore
SoftwareSystems, providing leadership and direction to the in-house
team andacts as an anchor for our panel of experts, while ensuring
effectivedeliveries to clients. He is a Corporate Finance and
StrategyProfessional with a special interest in Banking and
Financial Services,Financial Inclusion, MicroFinance, Rural
Finance, Project Management,Financial product design, Financial
services policy and Policy issues ingeneral with experience of over
8 years in multiple roles and a proventrack- record for taking on
and successfully managing challenging turn-key initiatives. Raghav
has hands on experience in strategy, projectmanagement, product
design, finance and infrastructure. He was partof the initial
senior management at IFMR Rural Finance until September2011. Prior
to IFMR Rural Finance Raghav worked at ICICI Bank in theGovernment
Banking Group as a relationship manager handling largepublic sector
clients and other state and central government entities.He is a
Chartered Accountant by qualification.
