Union Pass Ranch is located in both units 65 and 142.
Unit Group 065, is located in east-central Nevada and a prime unit for mule deer and pronghorn antelope. The primary mountain range is the Sulphur Spring Range which is located in south-western Elko County and parts of central Eureka County.
Most deer are found at elevations between 5,500 and 8,000 feet during the hunting season. For antelope, Hunters should concentrate efforts in areas with natural water sources or stock water developments at mid elevations.
Unit 142 is also a popular mule deer area in a large broad flat valley with steep rugged mountains bisecting the valleys.
While there are currently no hot springs tubs at the Union Pass Ranch, the potential is there. With water coming to the surface anywhere between 105-130 degrees, and the already extensive pumping and piping system in place, it would not take much to set up the perfect relaxing, therapeutic tub.
Nevada is known for some of its rural hot springs "hot spots." With the Union Pass Ranch, you have it on your property!

Elko is located in the northeastern corner of Nevada situated on the Humbolt River halfway between Reno and Salt Lake City. Interstate 80 traverses Elko, making it a convenient destination by either car, train, bus, or air.
Elko is the largest city and county seat of Elko County, Nevada, United States. The population was 20,300 at the last census. Northeastern Nevada enjoys a diversified economy built on mining, casino gaming, retail, ranching, and tourism.
Elko offers plenty of shopping. Everything from small niche stores providing you with a selection of custom items to bigger retail stores like Walmart, Ross, JC Penny, Maurices, Cal Ranch, Big 5, etc., Elko has everything you need.
