To reserve your apartment with UniLodge you need to complete the online application form. To accept your offer you will be required to pay AUD $200 application fee. This is non refundable in case of cancellation. In addition you are required to pay a Security Deposit equivalent to 4 weeks rent.Your Accommodation fee is due every second Monday and your account must be maintained two (2) weeks in credit at all times. On or prior to your arrival you will need to pay the 1st months rent upfront, sign your Residents Agreement and Student Handbook, and provide a copy of your COE.
