We are proposing adding an inground pool on our premises, 1020Cattail Cove, Delaware, OH 43015. The pooi is 16’ x 36’, and will besurrounded by a brushed concrete patio. The pooi will have anautomatic safety cover, and the project will be fenced in with theneighborhood approved 54” fence, and have 3 points of access (gates).Due to the slope of our back yard and to tie the pool into the existingpatio, we will need a small retaining wall along the backside of the pool.It will be made out of large natural stones that will compliment theexisting stonework on our house. We will be installing additionallandscaping around the pool to provide privacy from the road andneighbors.
We are on a corner lot and have a conservation easement/natural greenspace along the north side of our lot. Therefore, the only option forinstalling a pool is directly behind the house (which is considered ourside yard). In addition to asking for approval of the installation of apool, we are also asking for a variance to the side yard 35’ easement.The east facing corner of the pool and surrounding concrete wouldpartially fall within the easement previously mentioned. At the closestpoint, the concrete is 12’lO” from our property line. Please see attacheddesign as well as our plot plan and a photo to provide a visual for theproject

Neighbors,
We are proposing adding an inground pool on our premises, 1020 Cattail Cove,Delaware, OH 43015. Below is description of the project, and the design has beenattached.
The p00/is 1 6’x 36’, and will be surrounded by a brushed concrete patio.
