This service is launched in 14 mobile networks and is at the launch stage in 15 mobile networks

How it works

Beep Call automatically detects all

failed calls attempts from subscribers A

with insufficient balance and sends to

subscribers B fake calls (beep calls)

from the number of subscriber A.

Subscriber B sees a real missed call on

his mobile phone’s screen and calls

back to Subscriber A, generating

revenue to mobile Operator.

Response rate is about 25 - 30%

within 30 minutes after beep call.

Beep Call is an innovative call completion solution, which monetizes failed call

attempts of Operator’s subscribers, due to no balance on their account.

Beep Call platform catches this callattempt in online mode and generates a“beep call” to Subscriber B. SimultaneouslySubscriber A receives an SMS notification,with information that the missed call wasdelivered.

Subscriber B sees the missed call and callsback to Subscriber A. The callbacks trafficgenerates additional revenue for Operator.

Subscriber А tries to call to Subscriber B(Subscriber B is the same operator’s orother network’s subscriber), the call isrejected due to insufficient balance onSubscriber A account.

Beep Call key features & benefits:

Service is activated free of charge to all Operator’s subscribers.

To use Beep Call service subscribers do not need to do anything but call.

Beep call is a call, generated by Beep Call platform, with a duration of about

0.2 second, which appears as a missed call on the mobile phone of Subscriber B.

To send beep calls only signaling communication is used and no real voice channels are

required for this. There is no interconnection expenses for MNO.

Revenue is generated by callbacks from Subscribers B to Subscribers A:

– on-net,

– off-net,

– international.

Each 1 million operator’s subscribers generate:

The solution generates two types of USSD tails:

The following criteria of targeting are set by default in the Balance+ platform:

Rotation settings allow displaying all targeted USSD tails one by one for each balance check

request. Tail priority criterion is used to set the order in which the USSD tails are displayed.

Balance+ platform supports integration with any 3rd party systems as CVM, CRM, ADM, EIR, in

order to get additional targeting information about subscribers.
