SHOULDER EPAULETS■ Scouters wear the color shoulder loop of the program in which

they are serving: blue, Cub Scouting; forest green, Boy Scouting; blaze (orange), Varsity Scouting; green, Venturing; silver, Council and District; gold, regional and national.
