WebRTC WebRTC allows video communication with Interoute One Bridge without the need for additional video softclients. WebRTC is supported via the Google Chrome browser. Additionally, Firefox and Opera browsers function with Interoute One Bridge, but are not officially supported so are not detailed here.
Prerequisites:
1. Internet access. 2. Google Chrome Browser (note this WebRTC functionality is not supported on iOS) 3. A microphone and speaker on your device or more preferably a headset (USB is preferred). 4. A webcam, preferably High Definition (HD) capable, if you want other participants to see you.
To join a call using WebRTC:
1. Start the Chrome browser 2. Browse to https://join.1bridge.com 3. Enter the Call ID (Virtual Meeting Room Number) of the meeting room you wish to join, enter your name
and then press “Join call”. 4. If you have never connected to Interoute One Bridge using Chrome browser before then you may be asked
whether or not you want to allow the use of your camera and microphone. You must allow this otherwise you will connect but won’t be able to be heard or seen by other participants!
5. Once joined you may need to change the camera or microphone used. Click , then click to change the settings. If your computer and internet access is fast then you may wish to also tick the Send HD video checkbox. Note these settings will only persist for the current call.
6. For Chrome to remember which microphone and camera you wish to use for subsequent calls click in the address bar, choose your preferred devices and click Finish.
7. Call controls are:
a. Mute/Unmute Audio b. Full Screen c. Share Content d. Hang-up
e. Show/Hide buttons f. Show/Hide Self-view g. Mute/Unmute Video

Guest Client If Google Chrome is not available or a dedicated video client is preferred for guests, a guest softclient can be installed and used. A softclient is available for Windows, Mac and iOS devices. No Local administrator rights are required for installation.
The softclients can be downloaded here:
Windows Client
Mac Client
iOS – The Acano video softclient can be downloaded from the Apple AppStore by searching for Acano
Once installed you can use the softclient for guest access by opening your non-Chrome browser (IE9 and above or Safari), browse to https://join.1bridge.com, and putting in your Call ID and Name. Your browser will redirect you to use the softclient if installed.
