Summary � Unified Communication & Collaboration is not
a point solution, it is a journey for the enterprise
� The majority of the components needed are typically already in place
� Identify your starting point, and create a roadmap for the future
� Focus on tangible business results rather than technology
� Appreciate that different users have different needs, but make sure you have commonality on things like security, management etc
� Focus on ease-of-use and end-user behavior changes as these will be major success factors
