INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUN

¿A quién? o ¿para quién? (to whom for whom? )

Indirect Object Pronouns

•Use Indirect Object Pronouns to clarify to whom or for whom an action takes place.

•Indirect Object Pronouns use the same words as direct object pronouns except for le and les.

•Ejemplo:Le doy el helado.Le doy el helado a Juana.

Indirect Object Pronouns

•When a conjugated verb is followed by an infinitive, the same rules for placement apply for direct object pronouns. The pronoun can be placed before the conjugated verb or attached to the end of the infinitive.

Le voy a comprar un helado a Juan.Voy a comprarle un helado a Juan.
