F.A.Q.
Question: where can I get the password for the first login after registration?
Answer: The first password will be sent to your specified e-mail after registration is
finished.
If you are not able to access the email, contact the Contact Center of Support System to
- remove your registration record, after that you will be able to register again, or
- edit your email and generate a new password.
Question: Can I use system abroad?
Answer: YES. System UniCredit Online does not have restriction for access to the system
from abroad.
If you need to receive SMS from system UniCredit Online abroad you should be
connected to the specific service of your mobile operator. Please keep in mind that the
delivery of SMS in roaming completely depends on the technical capabilities of your
mobile operator.

Question: how can I know I am a resident or non-resident?
Answer: non-resident individuals - foreigners, stateless persons, citizens of Ukraine who
have permanent residence outside Ukraine, including those who are temporarily on the
territory of Ukraine.

Question: the letter was received on registration, but there is no letter with the first
password, what to do?
Answer: check your spam folder in mailbox - perhaps a letter with a password by mistake
has been marked as spam.
If you are not able to find the letter, please call to the Contact-Center of the support
system by phone 0-800-5000-20 (additional menu for easy access - 151) to generate a
new password
Question: I didn't receive SMS with one-time password, what to do?
Answer: If you are not in roaming check to see if the phone memory is full, restart your
phone or try again later.
If you need to receive SMS from UniCredit Online system abroad you should be
connected to the specific service of your mobile operator. Please keep in mind that the
delivery of SMS in roaming completely depends on the technical capabilities of your
