ADVICE AND RULES No matter if You spend with us an hour or a day, we want you to feel relaxed and happy and the following advice will help You make Your stay with us pleasant and unforgettable.

Time of Arrival In order to have a successful treatment You have to feel relaxed and we have to be well prepared. Therefore it is

very important to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to Your appointment and get ready for Your treatment.

Your health condition

Your stay in our Prestige Wellness & Spa centre has to be successful and safe. Therefore it is very important that You warn us about any health problems You may have. On Your first visit You will be given a questionnaire to complete about Your health and lifestyle. Please fill it in completely and precisely in order to help us choose the right treatment for You. You are kindly requested to consult Your physician before undertaking any treatment or activity. The use of all the equipment and services are at your own risk.

The use of the relax room In our Prestige Wellness & Spa centre it is forbidden to smoke and use cell phones. We kindly ask You to turn off Your cell phones and leave them in the locker or hotel room. Thank You for respecting our regulations. We kindly ask You not to disturb in any way other guests in the Spa.

The use of the sauna On Your first visit the staff will explain the correct use of the sauna. We strongly recommend you to follow our advice and rules. If You have any health problems, we strongly advise that You consult Your physician before using the sauna.

Dressed or not It is never strictly requested of You to be naked in our Spa when other people are present. We will always welcome You with Your personal Spa package: bathrobe, towels and slippers, disposable underwear and other accessories to make You feel safe and relaxed. Our therapists are well trained in the art of draping, which means they leave the room until You settle on the massage table under the sheet and after the

treatment to give You time to dress in privacy. Our therapists will also protect Your privacy during the treatment covering Your body parts that are not being treated. If it makes You more comfortable, You will be allowed to wear a bathing suit or underwear during the treatment or in the sauna (synthetic materials are not advisable).

Depilation, shaving and sunbathing We advise not to shave/get depilation right before the treatment because it makes the skin sensitive and the treatment can cause irritation. We also advise not to sunbathe before the treatment because Your skin can burn and get allergies and irritations during the treatment.

Children Although your children are the most important thing to you we invite you to dedicate Your Spa time to Yourself and Your relaxation. We kindly ask You not to bring with You small children that request constant care to be able to relax completely. The staff of Prestige wellness & Spa centre cannot take care of Your children during Your stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Booking and appointments To be sure You will get the desired treatment, it is most important to book Your appointment on time. You can make the reservation a few days before by calling the Spa reception number 780 or (0038552) 725300 for external guests.

Delays

In case of delay we cannot ensure the completion of Your treatment. If the therapist and/or the massage room are booked for another treatment, we will have to reduce or reschedule Your treatment. Please note that in case of reduced treatment due to delay the price remains unaltered.

Cancellation policy

If You are unable to attend to Your appointment, we kindly ask You to give us 8 hours notice. The gift voucher should be used at the time of service, otherwise it will be considered invalid. For late cancellations you will be charged in full.

Jewellery and Valuables You are kindly advised to leave Your jewellery and valuables at home or store them in a locker in the locker room or in Your hotel room safe. We will not be held responsible for any lost items. If You insist on taking Your valuables with You during Your treatment, You will be doing it on Your own responsibility. and we recommend not to leave them behind.

Prices All the prices are given in Kuna and Euro and they include taxes. The prices are valid from 15 July 2015. Casino' Hotel Mulino holds the right to change the prices, conditions and working hours of Prestige Wellnes & Spa centre.
