Understanding Your InvoiceYour invoice is included in your campaign order. You can also view it online if you are registered at www.yourAVON.com.

A. Your name and permanent address as they appear in Avon’s records.

B. Your District and Account numbers. Use these numbers on your Purchase Order and on all payments and correspondence sent to Avon.

C. The Campaign number and date of the invoice. Each Avon sales “year” consists of 26 two-week campaigns.

D. Your Customer Service phone number. Representatives who have achieved President’s Club and above have a toll-free number.

E. Summarizes your account statement and includes:

G. The order processing fees for your order each campaign (amount varies with Purchase Order vs. electronic ordering). There is an order processing fee and an order processing charge. You will receive a 50% credit on your invoice for your order processing charge. See Avon Terms for definitions by going to www.yourAVON.com.

H. Tax rate applied to Customer prices.

I. The amount you pay Avon.

J. Payment coupon—this portion of your invoice should be detached and included with your payment.
