Its popularity drove an increase in production from once to twice a month in March 2012 – the first edition each month has a purple cover and the mid-month issue has a grey cover - meaning properties in the latest Underoneroof represent the most up to date selection in Guernsey possible. This leading free property publication, also known as the ‘Pink Paper’, was launched in January 2008 and is printed on state of the art presses, with excellent print quality.
