1. ApplicAtion for AdmissionComplete the application for admission form and return it to the Office of Admissions at the address below. The non-refundable processing fee must ac-company the application. UAf accepts mastercard and Visa. please make checks payable to UAf.

UAF will assign a student identification number that identifies you with your academic records. Because your federally issued social security number (SSN) is unique and used for other purposes, we strongly suggest you provide it where applicable. Your SSN is required if you apply for financial aid or if you accept employment with the university.

note: All test scores must be official copies submitted directly to the UAF Office of Admissions by the schools, testing agencies or student. ACT or SAT test scores listed on official high school transcripts are also acceptable.

Non-high school graduates over the age of 18,GED recipientswithnopreviouscollegeworkandAlaskastudentswhohavenotreachedproficiencyin all three areas of theHighSchoolGraduationQualifyingExammaybeadmitted as pre-majors.
