1 Under the cohort-based fee system, tuition fee for an intake cohort of students will be fixed throughoutthe students entire candidature. While fees continue to be reviewed annually and adjustments made asand when necessary with each new cohort of students, each new cohort will know the exact amount oftuition fees they have to pay throughout their entire candidature. This enables students to plan better forthe financing of their undergraduate studies. For more information, examine the Frequently AskedQuestions (FAQ) .

As announced by the Government, with effect from the cohort of AY2012/2013, fees for SingaporePermanent Residents and International Students will be 32% and 84% higher than those for Singaporecitizens respectively.
3 As announced by the Government, with effect from the cohort of AY2011/2012, fees for SingaporePermanent Residents and International Students will be 26% and 72% higher than those for Singaporecitizens respectively.
4 As announced by the Government, with effect from the cohort of AY2010/2011, fees for SingaporePermanent Residents and International Students will be 20% and 60% higher than those for Singaporecitizens respectively.
5 As announced by the Government in Dec 2006, with effect from the cohort of AY2008/2009, fees forSingapore Permanent Residents and International Students will be 10% and 50% higher, respectively,than those for Singapore citizens.
6 These fees are exclusive of GST. The applicable GST is subsidized by MOE.7 Students of the AY2008/2009 cohort and beyond who are not in receipt of the Tuition Grant will have to
pay the corresponding Full Fees of the respective Faculties/Schools. For such students, the Full Feesto be paid are inclusive of the prevailing GST.
Students of the AY2007/2008 and earlier cohorts who are not in receipt of the Tuition Grant will still paythe AY2006/2007 Full Fee amounts (as in the table below) in accordance with their residency status.The AY2006/2007 Full Fee amounts are inclusive of GST.
