Freshman - High school graduates, or applicants expecting to graduate from high school before entering the university and who have not attended another collegiate institution after high school graduation. Students with only concurrent or dual-credit program work should apply as a freshman.

All new students are first enrolled in University College until they are admitted to a major.Advisors in the University College will provide guidance to students in completing general education requirements and prerequisite course work for their major.
