Technical Data - ArmaSound Industrial Systems Cold [ES]

Brief description ArmaSound Industrial Systems - Cold are high performance acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for industrial, petrochemical and offshore facilities. The multi-layer systems (comprising of HT/Armaflex® Industrial, Armaflex® LTD, ArmaSound RD 240, ArmaSound Barrier E and Arma-Chek R coveringsor UV-cured GRP or metal cladding) reduce the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI) and provide exceptional noise reduction while minimising totalsystem weight and thickness.

Material type See product data sheets of individual components.Colour Colour of the covering / cladding: GreyProduct Range ArmaSound Industrial Systems is available in different combinations (Classes A, B, C, D) and coverings (Arma-Chek R, UV-cured GRP or metal cladding).

Please ask Customer Service for the extended information on these systems.Applications Pipes, ducts and vessels in industrial, petrochemical and offshore facilities.Special Features Compliant to ISO 15665 Classes A to C and Shell DEP 31.46.00.31-Gen Class D.

Satisfies ASTM E 1222 and acoustic classes 6, 7 and 8 acc. to NORSOK R-004.Assembly The ArmaSound Industrial Systems Application manual should be consulted before assembly. Please consult our Customer Service Centre.Remarks For temperatures between -180 °C and -40 °C ArmaSound Industrial Systems may be combined with other insulation types to offer optimum acoustic

attenuation with improved service temperature capability. For detailed information on these specific systems please refer to our Customer ServiceCentre.
