helped them think about their papers.
o Over 67% said the response they received was helpful.
o 86% said they would use the OWL again.
o Students who used OWL showed developmental gains in learned reasoning, effective communication, and personal responsibility compared to non-users.
o Almost 18% of all Writing Services tutorials are now online.
