INSTALL CERTIFICATE BEFORE RUNNING.

Reason for installing certificate, without you installing the certificate each time you open secured site like yahoomail ,Gmail, liberty reserve a message will pop up on your browser that the site is untrusted that you should add exceptions

HOW DO I INSTALL CERTIFICATE?

Locate the Indian web folder then look for the file “ca_web-tunnel ” install it, after installation open your browser e.g Mozilla click on tools ----option----Encryption---view certificate---import a box will popup then locate where you have then Indian web proxy software and import the “ca_web-tunnel ” file.

NB: 3 boxes will come up mark all of them then ok.

HOW TO CONFIGURE MY BROWSER EXAMPLE FIREFOX

Now point your favorite client program to port 6051 and host 127.0.0.1 i.e. your Browser example Mozilla Firefox

Note: you can point your application to use port: 6053 for few selected app like gtalk etc. (in certain network it may not work)

Select manual proxy configuration and type these settings: http: 127.0.0.1 port 8118

Tick use this proxy server for all protocol and click ok as shown in the picture below
