    3.1. Connect the Power Supply1. Connect the power supply to a wall outlet and to the LaCie

    WirelessSpace(Fig. 10).

    2. Pushtherearpowerbuttonforfivesecondstoturniton(Fig. 11). The front lightwill indicate that thedevice isbootingbyturninggreen(Wi-Fidisabled)orblue(Wi-Fienabled).Thelightwillturnasolidcoloroncethedeviceisreadyforuse.

    LaCieNetwork Assistant is a convenient software that detects allLaCienetworkattachedstorageonyourhomeorbusinessnetwork.

    Onceinstalledandrunning,LaCieNetworkAssistantwillappearinthesystemtray(Windows,Fig. 23)orthemenubar(Mac,Fig. 24).LaCieNetworkAssistantautomaticallysearches forLaCienetworkstoragedevicesandtheiconwillblinkifanewdeviceisfound,.

    WhenLaCieNetworkAssistantfindsyourWirelessSpace,youcanviewinformationaboutthedevice(i.e.networkaddressing)orcon-necttoanyofitsShares(volumes)(Fig. 25).
