UMRAH VISA REQUIREMENTS
Complete visa application form for each application using CAPITAL LETTERS and fill in all spaces correctly without making a mistake. New regulations by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia states that any application form that has correction marks on it will be returned without being processed. All names must be shown as they appear in the passport.
Your passport, valid for at least six months from the date of departure from the Kingdom, which includes the place of birth and the full name of the applicant (A single name in the passport is not accepted). The passport must also have a minimum of four (4) consecutive blank pages.
Provide Two (2) recent passport size photographs attached by paper clip to the application form. Photos should be taken against a white or very light background. Ladies must provide photograph wearing a scarf.
A confirmed round trip air ticket showing travel into and out of Saudi Arabia, for each person.
A currently dated Letter of Introduction from an Islamic Association certifying that the applicant is a Muslim. The letter must be stamped from the association.
Ladies and children accompanied by a male relative (Mehram) must provide copies of proof of relationship (marriage or birth certificate), and the Letter of Introduction (as specified in earlier point) must state that the stated male is a mehram. These must be certified by a Notary Public or at a police station and submitted. Justice of Peace will not be accepted
A certificate from Medical Practitioner stating that the pilgrim is in good health, free from contagious diseases and had immunization against MENINGITIS (ACYW 135) and FLUVAX. This certificate must be stamped by the Medical Practitioner.
Non Australian passport holder must submit an immigration residency permit showing at least two years prior residency in Australia.
New Zealand passports holders residing in Australia must provide a water/telephone/electric bill showing their name and residential address.
