This course is supplemented with an integrated case study of moderate complexity – HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEMS – to enable students practice the key concepts and techniques that he/she learned in each chapter.

The case study in each chapter includes a collection of activities and exercises that invites students to complete analysis and design tasks appropriate to the chapter.
