Partner AcknowledgementPartners are acknowledged on a special recognition wall in the Center’s interview reception area. Various branding opportunities through electronic venues such as the weekly career e-newsletter (approximately 14,000 currently registered students) are also avail-able within certain packages. Finally, recognition in various print media is available in the Terp Career & Job Search Guide and through full color banner ads at the bottom of the university student newspa-per The Diamondback. This publication is available to more than 50,000 University of Maryland students, faculty and staff. Members will also be recognized for one year on the Division of Student Affairs Honor Roll.
Recruitment Strategy Sessions Partners will also have the opportunity to schedule special consultation meetings with key Center staff (i.e., Employer Relations, Marketing and Academic Liaisons) to develop a recruitment strategy that best serves their needs.

Employer Day in the main Stamp Student UnionOur new Employer Day program contains three possible components: (1) an invitational networking breakfast hosted by the Vice President for Student Affairs with key university faculty, staff and Center adminis-trators; (2) an employer booth located in a high traffic area within the Stamp Student Union near the food court at lunch time; and (3) a late afternoon hors d’oeuvres and networking reception with potential in-terviewing candidates.
Event Co-sponsorshipPartners have the opportunity to co-sponsor some of the most pop-ular Center events ranging from conferences to resume clinics. As a co-sponsor of an event, member organizations will have their logo displayed at the event and will receive acknowledgement in event marketing publications.
Caricature Artist Branding Opportunities at Center Marketing Events: At various marketing events the Center will host career carica-ture artists that help drive students to the Center’s marketing tables. As a sponsor, member organization’s logo and Web site will be displayed on each of the artists’ sketch sheets as a keepsake for the students being featured as well as on signage displayed at the event.

Student Organization Reception & Employer Networking Dinner This is a great opportunity for both employers and student leaders to connect and develop relationships. Student organizations put their best foot forward through our poster presentation reception and then participate in a networking dinner with employers. Partners not only receive free admittance to the event but also co-sponsor and present a $100 - $500 student leadership award to be presented at the dinner.
Support of Employer Networking and Information SessionsThe Center will provide support through extensive promotion of the event through the following marketing tools utilized by the Center:
• Career e-newsletter (approx. 14,000 currently registered students); • Center’s homepage; • Inclusion in the Center’s monthly department mailer; and • Marketing street team who distribute marketing materials in high
student traffic areas.
The Student Organization Reception & Employer Networking Dinner (SOREND) brings student leaders together with employers to build lasting partnerships.
