Cut 4 pieces of your favorite DSP at 2-1/2” X 2-1/2” and roll into cones. Cut the tops off the cones to create a straight edge. Using some Multipurpose Liquid Glue, adhere all four pieces together.

I cut a piece of Thick Whisper White Cardstock at 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” and scored it at 4-1/4”. Using a mixture I love to keep in my arsenal of 10 drops Balmy Blue Reinker, a dallop of Champagne Shimmer Paint, and 70% Isopropyl Alcohol mixed in a Stampin’ Sprtizer, I spritzed the front of the cardstock base. I set the card base aside to dry.

I punched the umbrella hand with the Umbrella Builder Punch, and used it as a guide for drawing a larger umbrella handle. I used my Paper Snips to cut out the handle as shown in the photo below.

I cut a 1-3/4” X 1” pice of DSP, and used it to cover the tip of my umbrella by wrapping it around and using some SNAIL Adhesive. I added the largest size of the Pearl Basic Jewels to the tip of my umbrella. I added the medium size pearls to the top of the umbrella as shown in the photo below.

I added the umbrella handle to my Whisper White cardstock base with some Liquid Multipurpose. Next, I adhered the umbrella base onto my cardbase as well some lots of Liquid Multipurpose Glue to ensure it wasn’t going anywhere.

I also punched some leaves with Granny Apple Cardstock and the Leaf Punch. On one of my cards I stamped some flowers with the Thoughtful Blooms Stamp Set on Whisper White Cardstock, and on the other card I stamped on Melon Mambo and Pineapple Punch Cardstocks. I used the Small Bloom Punch on all of the flowers. I added some Pearl Basic Jewls to the flower centers.

I added my flowers to the top of the umbrella with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and sprinkled some From My Heart Faceted Gems on the card front.

If you follow me at all, you know I like to finish off the inside of my projects as well as my envelopes, these cards were no different. I cut a 1” X 4-14” piece of coordinating DSP and added a ¼” X 4-1/4” piece of Highland Heather Cardstock on top of the DSP.
