The victim waited for an oficer to arrive. 9:16 a.m. - A woman came to the Umatilla Police Department, 300 Sixth St., Umatilla, and reported her ex-boyfriend was stalking her and his actions are escalating. Police are investigating. 9:23 a.m. - Pendleton police received a call about a man and woman ighting in a driveway on Southwest Hailey Place. 10:01 a.m. - Renters moved from a residence on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, and took the lawn mower, hutch, dining set and more that belonged to the property owner. 10:09 a.m. - An Ione woman reported a man from Lexington threatened to kill her and has others coming to kill her. 10:21 a.m. - Pilot Rock police received a complained about garbage “piling up again” at a home on West Main Street and people there urinating in the alley. 10:35 a.m. - Someone stole a Honda generator from a home on Southwest Goodwin Avenue, Pendleton. 11:20 a.m. - A woman asked law enforce- ment to help her disabled mother living on East Theater Lane, Hermiston, to remove a dead cat from under her residence. 11:31 a.m. - A Umatilla home renter on Fifth Street reported the owner showed up, yelled at her and told her to leave the house by 8 p.m. She asked to speak to an oficer in person. 2:19 p.m. - Emergency responders rescued a Pendleton man after he crashed on Highway 331 near milepost 2, Mission. Oregon State Police reported Daniel Roy Caldwell, 59, of Pendleton, fell asleep at the wheel in a white Chevrolet Trailblazer, drifted off the road and rolled multiple times. The wreck trapped Caldwell, and ireighters freed him. An ambulance took him to St. Anthony Hospital, according to state police, but he did not suffer life-threatening injuries. 6:14 p.m. - Four to ive people fought on the 400 block of South First Street, Irrigon. 8:23 p.m. - A Hermiston-area man reported he received a scam call from someone claiming to work for “Publisher’s Clearing House.” He also said he wrote down “quite a bit of information” and wanted someone to call him. 9:01 p.m. - A man at Terwilliger Plaza Apartments, 245 S.W. Fifth St., Pendleton, reported he found a homeless man lying in front and almost under his pickup. The caller said he asked the man to leave, and he yelled back in response, but he also walked away. Police found the man and gave him a warning. 10:11 p.m. - A Pilot Rock man went to check on his landlord on Southwest Birch Place and heard a male voice state, “Don’t open the door.” So he called police instead. 10:47 p.m. - Someone left a trailer with a riding lawn mower in a yard at Westfall Septic, 78131 Highway 207, Hermiston. 11:27 p.m. - A Pendleton man on South Main Place reported his “ex” came to the home about 30 minutes earlier and caused a disturbance after his mother refused to let her in. She then dumped a large garbage bag on the yard and left. FRIDAY 1:18 a.m. - Juveniles rang the doorbell on a home on Northwest 12th Street, Pendleton, then ran away. The wife living there asked police to check the neighbor- hood and said her 84-year-old husband was out looking for the youth. ARRESTS, CITATIONS Thursday •Umatilla County Sheriff’s Ofice arrested Rigoberto Tena Rosales, 22, of Hermiston, for two counts of second-degree trespass and two of irst-degree possession of a forged instrument. •An Oregon State Police trooper at 6:57 p.m. stopped a westbound silver Mercedes LL on Interstate 84 near milepost 214 for going 106 mph. The trooper found the driver, Erik Honan Christian, 46, of Seattle, was wanted on a Washington County warrant and arrested him. •Boardman police arrested Logan Roy McMahon, 23, no address provided, at Lynard’s Spud Cellar, 102 Boardman Ave. N.E., Boardman, for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misuse of 9-1-1. Friday •Hermiston police arrested April Mae Bautista, 38, of Umatilla, for second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful use of an electrical stun gun, tear gas or mace, and felon in possession of a weapon. 9:23 a.m. - Pendleton police received a call about a man and woman ighting in a driveway on Southwest Hailey Place.

10:01 a.m. - Renters moved from a residence on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, and took the lawn mower, hutch, dining set and more that belonged to the property owner.

10:09 a.m. - An Ione woman reported a man from Lexington threatened to kill her and has others coming to kill her.

10:21 a.m. - Pilot Rock police received a complained about garbage “piling up again” at a home on West Main Street and people there urinating in the alley.

10:35 a.m. - Someone stole a Honda generator from a home on Southwest Goodwin Avenue, Pendleton.

11:20 a.m. - A woman asked law enforce-ment to help her disabled mother living on East Theater Lane, Hermiston, to remove a dead cat from under her residence.

11:31 a.m. - A Umatilla home renter on Fifth Street reported the owner showed up, yelled at her and told her to leave the house by 8 p.m. She asked to speak to an oficer in person.

2:19 p.m. - Emergency responders rescued a Pendleton man after he crashed on Highway 331 near milepost 2, Mission.

Oregon State Police reported Daniel Roy Caldwell, 59, of Pendleton, fell asleep at the wheel in a white Chevrolet Trailblazer, drifted off the road and rolled multiple times. The wreck trapped Caldwell, and ireighters freed him. An ambulance took him to St. Anthony Hospital, according to state police, but he did not suffer life-threatening injuries.

6:14 p.m. - Four to ive people fought on the 400 block of South First Street, Irrigon.

8:23 p.m. - A Hermiston-area man reported he received a scam call from someone claiming to work for “Publisher’s Clearing House.” He also said he wrote down “quite a bit of information” and wanted someone to call him.

9:01 p.m. - A man at Terwilliger Plaza Apartments, 245 S.W. Fifth St., Pendleton, reported he found a homeless man lying in front and almost under his pickup. The caller said he asked the man to leave, and he yelled back in response, but he also walked away. Police found the man and gave him a warning.

10:11 p.m. - A Pilot Rock man went to check on his landlord on Southwest Birch Place and heard a male voice state, “Don’t open the door.” So he called police instead.

10:47 p.m. - Someone left a trailer with a riding lawn mower in a yard at Westfall Septic, 78131 Highway 207, Hermiston.

11:27 p.m. - A Pendleton man on South Main Place reported his “ex” came to the home about 30 minutes earlier and caused

a disturbance after his mother refused to let her in. She then dumped a large garbage bag on the yard and left.

FRIDAY 1:18 a.m. - Juveniles rang the doorbell

on a home on Northwest 12th Street, Pendleton, then ran away. The wife living there asked police to check the neighbor-hood and said her 84-year-old husband was out looking for the youth.

Rigoberto Tena Rosales, 22, of Hermiston, for two counts of second-degree trespass and two of irst-degree possession of a forged instrument.

•An Oregon State Police trooper at 6:57 p.m. stopped a westbound silver Mercedes LL on Interstate 84 near milepost 214 for going 106 mph. The trooper found the driver, Erik Honan Christian, 46, of Seattle, was wanted on a Washington County warrant and arrested him.

•Boardman police arrested Logan Roy McMahon, 23, no address provided, at Lynard’s Spud Cellar, 102 Boardman Ave. N.E., Boardman, for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misuse of 9-1-1.

Bautista, 38, of Umatilla, for second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful use of an electrical stun gun, tear gas or mace, and felon in possession of a weapon.
