Providing a Better Race ExperienceUltimate Racing Inc. enhances race day experience for everyone. Participants enjoy a big race feel from the minute they arrive with welcome signs, quick packet pick-up and signature race bags. During the race, participants will appreciate the volunteer presence on a well-marked course with plenty of aid stations. At the finish, participants feel awesome running through a 20x13 inflatable, complete with customizable Partner Banners and professional chute straight to the results tent where they can print out their results immediately. Results ticket can also feature a customized Partner message. Our signature awards podium for age group winners, with huge Partner banner, is a must-have for plenty of Facebook shares post-race.

Partners have the ability to be added to our weekly mailings with clickable link to your website. !Direct Email Marketing Broadcasting e-mail tools to recruit participants and generate excitement for an upcoming event or season. !Social Media The next customer is only a click away. Our social media outlets will highlight events, partners and post event photos and videos all driving traffic to our site and eventually partner sites and pages. Each event will have its own social media campaign, integral to our approach using Lifestyle Marketing. !Traditional Utilizing statewide race calendars, Active.com, and web listings is part of what we do for all events. Timing Equipment The “Jaguar Timing System” is the world’s leading RFID timing system for any competitive racing and we have it. Our antennas are mounted overhead...no mats eliminate tripping hazards.

We score to 100th of a second and all of our computers are globally synced every 20 minutes during our events to ensure accuracy for even our most demanding clients. Our results tent features live scrolling results and touch screen kiosks allowing participants to print their results within seconds after crossing the finish line .
