Executive Resolution No. 1 Series of 2015A RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE THE UNIVERSITY LEADERSHIP ENHANCEMENT TRAINING (U.L.E.T.) REGISRATION FEE IN THE ADMININSTRATIVE EXPENSES OF THE CGB LOCAL COUNCIL 2015-2016

Whereas, The University Leadership Enhancement Training is an annual program conducted by the Supreme Student Government, with the help of the Administration of the University that will not only give training, knowledge, and wisdom that would help nurture and strengthen the university student leaders in their respective field of student governance, but also build bridges among different Student leaders of the different campuses of University of Southeastern Philippines;Whereas, The University Leadership Enhancement Training will commence on May 20 and will end on May 22 of 2015;Whereas, The University Leadership Enhancement Training is open to all student leaders of the different campuses of University of Southeastern Philippines;Whereas, The CGB LC administration of S.Y. 2015-2016 will participate at the said event in order to excel and further maximize their capabilities for the College of Governance and Business populace;Whereas, There is a registration fee of PHP200.00 per participant in the event, and that fee will cover the necessities of the participants during the program;Whereas, There are Seven (7) members in the Council namely Hon. Rushely Matabaran (Governor), Hon. Joebert Dandoy (Vice Governor), Hon. Arielle Francisco (Secretary), Hon. Cydell Vender (Treasurer), Hon. Mica Raganas (Auditor), Hon. Beverly Tecson (Congressional Representative), and Hon. Joshua Jimeno (Congressional Representative), and the total expense for the registration in the program will be PHP1, 400.00;Whereas, PHP1, 400.00 will be charged against the Student Government Fund (SGF) of CGB - Local Council 2015-2016;Resolved, That the registration fees of the University Leadership Enhancement Training of the seven (7) members of the CGB Local Council be included in the administrative expenses of Administration S.Y- 2015-2016.DONE, in the CGB Local Council Office this 4th day of May, in the year of our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen.
