The 3-days course will enable participants to learn and under- stand more about laryngeal disorders and the surgical treatments as well as the upper airway obstruction caused by the bilateral vocal fold immobility. Distinguished speakers from local who are well trained will share their knowl- edge and experience. The course in- corporates lecture and operative ses- sions, demonstration of office based injection laryngoplasty and laryn- geal cadaveric hands-on to learn and practise various surgical treat- ments for laryngeal disor- ders. Participants also would have better under- standing of the anatomy of the larynx and the course of the recurrent laryngeal nerve by dissecting the laryn- geal cadaver. At the end of the course, participants would have better per- spectives in assessing and managing patients with laryngeal disorders.
