What will I be doing?You’ll develop skills like working with others,analytical thinking and understanding how abusiness works. You’ll attend social eventsduring the programme where you’ll enjoynetworking opportunities with our graduatesand senior leaders. And you’ll learn loads abouthow Unilever works.
What do we look for?An open mind, enthusiasm, a willingness tolearn and an appetite for working with people.The programme is open to first yearundergraduate students or 2nd year studentswho are studying a four-year degree.
When is the Spring Programme?Date: April Duration: 3 days
What’s in it for me?Apart from the people you’ll meet and the thingsyou’ll learn, the programme includes a fast-track selection board for our Summer andIndustrial Placement opportunities for thefollowing year, so you have the chance to finishyour academic year with a placmeent rolealready secured. Whilst you will not be paid foryour time on the programme, we will cover yourtravel expenses and provide you withaccomodation.
How can I apply?Via our website. You will need to complete theonline application form (and a numerical test ifyou're applying for Finance). After that there'llbe a short telephone interview.
