Tracing - UK Search now offer 7 different “tiers” of tracing depending on quality oftrace required, clients budgets and volumesof cases. Every trace we receive goesthrough our bespoke, state of the art OLT(Online tracing) system for monitoring and reporting purposes. OLT and its abilitiesare constantly being updated for better performance, lead by feedback from our clients.

Collections - Technology, compliance andTCF drive our collections strategy, which is fully supported by our Directors manyyears of industry experience. Multiple contact methods are used to recover owedfunds to our clients with flexible and reliable reporting mechanisms. All of our negotiators are CSA trained.

Training - We provide industry accredited training to our client base which receivesexcellent feedback. Again, this is a bespokeservice where we design course outlines to customers’ needs in tracing and collections. Phone coach equipment is usedthroughout the sessions to ensure delegates are interactive and get the most out of the courses.
