Micro-CT Skyscan 1272Micro-CT (or X-ray microtomography) is X-ray imaging in 3D with resolution in the micrometer range. This machine enables visualization and quantitative analysis of internal structure of an object/sample in a non-destructively manner.

Our Skyscan micro-CT can scan samples up to 75mm in diameter with a maximum resolution of 0,72 micrometer/voxel.
