SPRAY PLASTER

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES National Spray Plaster is ready for use but it can be diluted upto 10 % if required. Spray the first coat of National Coarse Spray Plaster and level it with steel edged spatula, then apply a coat of National Coarse or Medium Spray Plaster depending on thickness required and level it in the same mentioned manner, finally apply a coat of National Fine Spray Plaster, level it then apply a second coat if required. Max application thickness per coat: Coarse : 5 mm Medium : 2 mm Fine : 1 mm NOTE: - Steel spatula or putty knife can be used for small areas and touch ups.

SURFACE PREPARATION The Surface should be dry, clean and crack free. Apply National Stone Finish Primer on masonry plaster & wooden surfaces. The tapes are then removed after 24 hours to get a perfect elegance finish. It can be overcoated with National Pearl Glaze for silky appearance or with National Acrylic Glaze Coat. Overcoating will also improve water and weather resistance.

CONDITIONS DURING APPLICATION Application Method: This paint should be used at room temperature and not in humid conditions. Prime surface with National Trust Seta Vinicila and leave it to dry. Then apply one coat of National Cracking Media, a thin coat for small cracks and thick coat for large ones. After 1½ hrs drying of this coat, apply a topcoat of National Trust Emulsion as per desired color and then give a topcoat of National Water Based Lacquer Finish.
