In May 1990, the Board approved the Chicago CampusMaster Plan as a general guideline for the long-termgrowth and development of the Chicago campus. The planprovides a physical framework for the growth of the campuswithin which both near- and long-term capital improve-ment projects can be accommodated. It also serves as aguide for the location of future buildings as well aslandscaping, parking, and circulation patterns.
