7a. Prüfung der BlendrahmendickeDicke des Blendrahmens ermit teln:Der Adapter ist nutzbar für Blend-rahmendicken inkl . Dichtung vonI 3 - 20mm (Verformung der Dichtunglangfr ist ig mögl ich).

7b. Prülung der EingriffstiefeDie vormontierten Klemmwangenhaben eine Länge von 27mm und sindfür die meisten PVc-Blendrahmengeeignet. Bi t te messen Sie, ob dieKlemmwange so am Blendrahmeneinzusetzen ist , dass der Adaptereinwandfrei an der Blendrahmenkanteanl iegen kann. Fal ls die vormontiertenKlemmwangen zu lang sind (ggf. beiHolzrahmen), sol l ten die künerenKlemmwangen T3 mit 17 mm Längemontiertwerden.

- Alutür ausr ichten, dazu ggf.mittleren Adapter wieder lösenund al le Adapter endgült ig f ix ierendurch Zusammendrücken derKlemmwangen und Anziehen derFeststel lschrauben.

- Bei vofhandener Fensterdichtungfrir optimalen Halt Feststell-schraube leicht lösen. Klemm-wangen mit Zange kräft igzusammendrücken und gleichzeit igFeststel lschraube f ix ieren.

12. Posit ion der Metal lplät tchen derMagnetverschlüsse markieren- Trennpapier von den Klebepads

(Pl) abziehen und auf dieMetallplättchen (P) kleben.l \4etal lplät tchen anschl iessend andie [4agnetveßchlüsse (0) heften.

- Al !-Tür schl iessen und die beidenl\4agnetve6chlüsse mit denPläüchen einige Sekunden festan den Blendrahmen drücken.Ggf. bei geöffneter Alutrir dasAndrücken wiederholen.

14. Federspannung einstel lenKontermutter J leicht lösen. Das[4ontagewerkeug 5 mit deml\4ehrkanten-Kopf in die Aufnahmedes Scharnierbolzens N aufstecken-Bolzen in auf Scharnierhülseangezeigter Pfei l r ichtung df ehen, sodass die Markierung am Bolzenkopfan der Skal ierung auf dem AdapterT eine ziffer weiter gestellt wlrd.Anschliessend Kontermutter J wiederfesuiehen. Federspannung mögl ichstgleichmäßig an den drei scharniereneinstel len. schl ießverhalten derAlutür überpdfen und ggf. Vorgangan diesem und / oder an weiterenScharnieren wiederholen, bis diegewünschte Schließkraft ereicht ist.Achtung: Spannen nur in Pfei l r ichtungmögl ich ( ist auf schafnierhülseanqegeben) |

3. Insert ing the seal ing brush/Assembling the frameAfter shortening the sect ions. pushthe seal ing brush LJl l t i2 into thesect ions and cut of f the excess. Withplast ic door frames, use thickerseal ing brush U2 on the longitudinalside and U1 for the other sides. Withwooden door frames use U1 only.Then assemble the frame accordingto the instruct ions for the Alu door.

Checking the depth of contactThe pre mounted clamping iawsare 27mm long and are sui table foruse with most PVC cladding frames.Please che(k i f the clamping jawscan be f i t ted to the cladding irameso thatthe front s ide with the f ix ingscrew is posi t ioned on the edge ofthe cladding frame. l f the clampingjaws are too long for e.g. use onwooden frames, use the shorter1 7mm jaws T3.

7c. Decide on which side the dooris to open and prepare

9. Fix the hinge pivots to theframe connectors

Screw is sel f-cutt ing, applypress!re when screwng(ideal: cross-t ip screwdriver PH2).

wide as possible. place Alu doorcomplete with adapters againstthe cladding frame and hold inposB0n.

- 0pen the Alu door sl ight ly, holdin posit ion and take the middleadapter.

- Squeeze the clamping iaws of themiddle adapter and pre{ ix byt ightening the f ix ing screw.

12. Markthe posit ion ol the metalplates of the magnetic catches

Remove the l in ing paper from theadhesive pads (P1) and attach tothe metal pads (P). Then aüachthe metal pads to the magneticcatches (0)

- Close the Alu door and press themagnetic catches and their platesagainst the cladding frame for afew seconds. l f necessary repeatwith door open.

13. The door is now mounted!

CAUTION: the opening angle of theAlu door should not exceed 1 20' ,othewise the closing spr ings may beoverstretched.

14. Adjust ing the spr ingLoosen the locking nutJ sl ight ly.lnsert the mult is ided head of themo!nt ing tool S in the top of thehinge pin N. Turn the pin in thedirect ion shown so that the markingon top ofthe pin moves up onenumber on the scale on the adapterT. Then ret ighten the locking nut.Try to adjust the spr ing tension on al lthree hinges equal ly.check the closing of the Alu door andif necessary repeat this procedure onthis and/or the other hinges unt i l thedesired speed of c losing is achieved.Note: t ightening is only possible inone direct ion indicated by the arrowon the hinge sleeve l \ .4!

1 5. Loosening the closing spr ingsLoosen the locking nut l s l ight ly andby putt ing pressure on the lockingnut push the hinge pin N a l i t t le wayout of the adapter T. The closingspring wi l l loosen.
