सामान्य सूचना / General Information

1. महाविद्यालय को वकसी भी समय प्रिेश वियमोों में परििर्ति एिों सोंशोधि कििे का अवधकाि है।

The College reserves the right to change or amend the admission rules at any time without

prior notification.

2. यवि कोई अभ्यर्थी असत्य सूचिाओों/अिुवचर् साधिोों के आधाि पि अर्थिा फर्जी अोंक पत्र के आधाि पि प्रिेश पार्ा है र्ो

वर्जस समय भी यह र्थ्य उि्घाविर् होगा, उसका प्रिेश प्रािम्भ से ही वििस्त कि विया र्जायगा र्र्था उसके

विरूद्ध IPC की सम्बन्धिर् धािाओों के अर्न्तगर् कायतिाही की र्जायेगी।

If any candidate gets admission on the basis of false information/improper means or on the

basis of false mark-sheet, his/her admission will be deemed cancelled from the beginning

and legal action will be taken against him/her under IPC.

3. कला, िाविज्य औि विज्ञाि सोंकाय में स्नार्क अभ्यवर्थतयोों का िान्धिला प्रिेश पिीक्षा में प्राप्त अोंकोों के आधाि पि वलया

र्जाएगा।

In the faculty of Arts, Commerce and Science under graduate students shall be admitted on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted for this purpose.

4. प्रिेश पिीक्षा में 100 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होोंगे वर्जिका उत्ति 120 वमिि में िेिा होगा।

The entrance test will comprise of 100 objective type questions to be answered in 120 minutes.

योग्यता के क्रम को ननम्ननिखित रूप में ननर्ाारित नकया जायेगा :-

Order of Merit will be determined as follows: -

1. यवि िो या िो से अवधक अभ्यवर्थतयोों िे मेरिि सूची में बिाबि अोंक/शे्रिी प्राप्त वकये हैं र्ो प्रिेश के वलए मेरिि का विधातिि

विम्नवलन्धिर् प्रकाि से होगा: -

If two or more candidates have secured equivalent marks/rank in the merit Index, then the

merit for admission will be determined as follows: -

a. यवि अभ्यवर्थतयोों के प्रिेश पिीक्षा में प्राप्त अोंक बिाबि हैं र्ो ऐसी न्धथर्थवर् में पहली ििीयर्ा उस अभ्यर्थी को िी र्जायेगी

वर्जसिे इोंििमीवियि या समकक्ष पिीक्षा में उच्चर्ि प्रवर्शर् प्राप्त वकया हैं। औि यवि इोंििमीवियि में भी बिाबि अोंक हैं

र्ो हाई सू्कल का अोंक प्रवर्शर् िेिा र्जाएगा।

If the marks secured in the entrance test are same in such cases first preference will be

given to the candidate who has secured higher percentage of marks in Intermediate or

equivalent examination.

b. यवि हाई सू्कल में भी प्राप्त अोंक बिाबि है र्ो ऐसी न्धथर्थवर् में आयु में िरिष्ठ अभ्यर्थी को ििीयर्ा िी र्जायेगी।

If the marks obtained in High School or equivalent examination are also same, the older

candidate will be given priority.

2. अभ्यर्थी योग्यर्ा (मेरिि) के आधाि पि भािि (यवि कोई है) का अवधकािी होगा।

The candidate shall be entitled to weightages (if any) on the basis of merit.




a. भािि : उतृ्कष्ट न्धिलाड़ी (िाज्य स्ति पि) (3 अोंक), साोंसृ्कवर्क (वपछले 3 िर्षों में) (3 अोंक), एि॰सी॰सी॰ ‘बी‘/’सी’ प्रमाि

पत्र धािक (3 अोंक) एि०एस०एस० (िाज्य स्ति पि) (3 अोंक) स्काउि एिों गाइि (िाज्य / िाष्टर ीय स्ति पि) सोंकायोों में प्रिेश

हेरु् अभ्यवर्थतयोों को भािि के फलस्वरूप सोंयुक्त मेरिि में अवर्जतर् प्राप्ताोंक र्जोड़कि उिका योग्यर्ा क्रमाोंक योग्यर्ा सूची में

विधातरिर् वकया र्जायेगा र्र्था भािि का कुल योग 5 अोंक से अवधक िही ों स्वीकाि वकया र्जाएगा।

Weightage: The final merit of the candidates bearing the outstanding sports person (state

level) (3 marks), cultural events (in last 3 years) (3 marks), N.C.C “B”/”C” certificate (3 marks),

N.S.S (state level) (3 marks) and scout and guide (state & national level) (3 marks) will be

determined in the merit list by adding the total marks obtained by him/her in the combined

merit list. And the weightage of total percentage will not be considered more than 5%.

b. आिक्षि का लाभ उत्ति प्रिेश सिकाि/लििऊ विश्वविद्यालय के वियमोों के अर्न्गतर् विया र्जायेगा।

The reservation shall be given in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Government / University

Rules.

3. महाविद्यालय के पास वकसी भी प्रिेशार्थी के प्रिेश को वकसी भी अिथर्था में वििस्त कििे का अवधकाि सुिवक्षर् है।

College reserves the right to cancel any admission at any stage.

4. प्रिेश से सम्बन्धिर् अध्यािेश के प्रािधािोों के प्रवर्पािि के सम्बि मे सभी वििाि महाविद्यालय के प्रिेश सवमवर्

को सौपें र्जायेंगे औि उिका विितय अन्धर्न्म र्र्था मान्य होगा।

All disputes regarding interpretation of provisions of Ordinance related to admission shall be

referred to the Admission Committee of the college and whose decision shall be final and

binding.

5. वहन्दी सावहत्य समे्मलि, प्रयाग, इलाहाबाि अर्थिा िििा कालेर्ज, लििऊ से उत्तीित अभ्यवर्थयों िे यवि अोंगे्रर्जी भार्षा के

सार्थ इण्टिमीविएि स्ति की पिीक्षा उत्तीित िही ों की है र्ो िे प्रिेश हेरु् अहत िही ों होोंगे।

If the candidate has passed out from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag, Allahabad or Nadwa

College, Lucknow & has not passed Intermediate Exam with English language then he/she

will not be eligible for admission.

6. महाविद्यालय में प्रिेश के इचु्छक सभी वििेशी छात्रोों को वहन्दी अर्थिा अोंगे्रर्जी भार्षा का ज्ञाि होिा अवििायत है।

महाविद्यालय में पठि-पाठि का माध्यम वहन्दी ि अोंगे्रर्जी है।

All foreign students seeking admission in the College are compulsorily required to have

knowledge of Hindi or English language. Medium of study in College is Hindi and English.

7. प्रिेश प्रवक्रया के वलए यूर्जीसी के सुसोंगर् वियम (समय-समय पि सशोवधर्) बाध्यकािी होोंगें।

The relevant UGC rules (as amended from time to time) shall be binding for admission

procedure.




8. काउन्धिवलोंग की प्रवकया में अभ्यवर्थतयोों (वर्जन्होिे विधातरिर् समय में अपिी उपन्धथर्थवर् की सूचिा िी है) को उिकी िैंक ि

विर्षयोों की र्त्क्षि उपलब्धर्ा के आधाि पि, विर्षयोों का आबोंिि वकया र्जायेगा। वकसी भी आबोंविर् विर्षय का बाि में

परिितर्ि अिुमन्य िही होगा। विलम्ब से अपिी उपन्धथर्थवर् की सूचिा िेिे िाले उच्चर्ि मेरिि के अभ्यर्थी, यवि

उच्चर्ि मेरिि की सीिें भिी र्जा चुकी हैं र्ो अपिी पसोंि के विर्षय के आबोंिि का कोई िािा िही कि सकेगें। उि

अभ्यावर्थतयोों को उस समय शेर्ष उपलब्ध विर्षयोों के विकल्प ही उपलब्ध किाये र्जा सकें गे।

During counselling, subjects are allotted on the basis of rank of candidates who have

reported for counselling within the stipulated time and availability at that moment. No change

of subject would be allowed later. Candidates reporting late will have no claim if seats of

higher choice are filled up. They would be offered choices of subjects available at that point of

time.

9. एक बाि प्रिेश होिे के पश्चार् शुल्क की िापसी िही ों होगी।

Fees once deposited will not be refunded.

10. प्रिेश से सम्बन्धिर् सभी कािूिी वििािोों का न्याय के्षे़ त्र लििऊ ही होगा।

All legal matters pertaining to the admission shall be subjected to Lucknow Judicature only.

ENTRANCE TEST & TEST PATTERN

Instructions

1. The entrance test will comprise of 100 objective type questions to be answered in 120

minutes.

2. Each question will be contained 1 mark.

3. There is no negative marking.

4. No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions.

5. In the entrance test there will be questions from subjects that are taught in the

intermediate level in various boards like UP board, ISC and CBSE board.
