    financing at Department of Energy National Lab in Brookhaven NY with National Grid, Siemens, Dominion Federal. Lighting Project for 18 buildings on Campus, BMS for 9

    Buildings and a new 1,250 Ton chilled water system. Expected to reduce annual energy intensity by

    approximately 11 percent compared to baseline measurements, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over 7,000 metric tons. 18 month implementation period. Total estimated energy and operational savings: $1.3

    million annually. 10 Year Term including Financing. Exploring Options for Phase 2.
