Manage a team of Senior Planners and assist the General Manager in order to prepare the strategy for project management from planning stage to execution and handover.
Assure the company procedures and company policies are being complied with Company Business Conduct and Ethics Policies at all times.

invoices, variances and claims and clients follow up.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors.
Working with the board of directors, project managers and Top management to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practice.
Business Development meetings, and to explore new market trends.
Develop an efficient and productive operational structure to facilitate the
achievement of all business goals and objectives set forth by the Company.

Responsibilities:
Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project.
Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures.
Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the project.
Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary

Preparing, revising and updating Baseline Schedule using P6. Updating schedule on Weekly basis and submission to client along with the
weekly reports and deliver the Progress Presentations in progress Meetings. Based on updates, analyzing progress for all milestones and setting targets for
next Week. Maintaining and updating various control logs and identifying Risk areas and
recommending Mitigation & Action plans. Preparation and tracking of Procurement schedule for key packages with respect
to works start date on site. Performing Man-hour Analysis for suggesting corrective actions. Regularly visit on-going project construction site and verify progress and monitor
the manpower & equipment utilization. To attend the co-ordination meetings with the client and consultants and to
highlight and focus on areas of concerns. Provide feedback to Management using various reports, including but not limited
to milestone slippage, critical path analysis, resources demand / availability. Earned Value Analysis, delay analysis and preparation of Extension of Time
Claims. Progress reporting and project performance analysis using S-Curves and
Histograms. Preparation of Tender Stage Programs for various new bidding contracts.
