    Resolution DetailsTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Health Commission adopt the ten goals of the SFCVS as the goals for Department of Public Health; and, be it

    FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Health Commission recognize the purpose of the SFCVS to be to improve the health of all San Franciscans by evaluating progress of health interventions, assessing health and health care needs, and helping toguide health policythrough collaboration; and, be it

    FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Health Commission recognize that the SFCVS is a citywide effort which aims to ultimately address upstream determinants of health and decrease health disparities through fostering collaboration among health stakeholders.
