All members of the Guardian Scholars program are welcome to apply. Up to $1,000 will be available to be used for UC Davis Summer Abroad and Summer Abroad Internships 2020, UC Davis Quarter Abroad Fall 2020 or Spring 2021, and UCEAP 2020-21 year programs.

The award winner will be announced February 28, 2020 and the funds will be made available when financial aid is disbursed for the quarter/summer you go abroad. Winners will be judged on the basis of their responses to the prompt.

If you receive an award you must complete a project highlighting your study abroad experience (projects may be shared, in print and/or online, with the UC Davis Study Abroad community—e.g. award donors, faculty, staff). There are three Project Tracks available to choose from: (1) Article Writing/Blogging, (2) Photo Journalism, or (3) Design Your Own Project. Full details will be provided when award recipients are announced.
