Alarm Management Changes

●All screens have the same preference controlled “view”

●Derating can still be used

● Signal value limits escalate the project and change the rating

● Use pending instead of project derate date

● Rating appears on the main tab

●“Keep open alarms” – replaced with acknowledge

●Alarm field chooser is wider, easier to navigate

●Functionality is optional, all defaults support original 2.7 workflow
