The commodities originating mainly from Bulgaria and the entire Black Sea region we market are:

Condition of delivery: FOB Black Sea Port / CIF Buyer’s Port
Packing: In bulk / 25-50 kg bags / 500-1000 kg big-bags
Delivery: By bulk vessels or by sea containers
Weight, quality and condition: Final at load as per a certificate issued by a GAFTA/FOSFA registered surveyor at seller's cost and choice. Buyer has the right to nominate a GAFTA/FOSFA registered surveyor at his own costs for co-jointed inspection at time of loading.
Payment terms: To be mutually agreed between seller and buyer.
Other terms and conditions as per contract.
