Undergraduate Academics Student Engagement, Advising, Mentoring, and Support Student Recruitment and Enrollment Graduate Education Research Keeping Pace with Emerging Technologies Faculty and Instructional Development
Working Group Task: Put the plan into motion
Develop (and arrange to have carried out) specific projects, using defined plans, people, timelines, and assessment metrics for these top-priority objectives (“What will be accomplished, when, by whom, and how will we know?”)
Consider the proposed action steps and draft plans in the Draft Strategic Plan, the feedback obtained on that draft, and alternatives that may emerge
Include attention to the MSCHE Self Study recommendations if not already incorporated into the objectives.
