[CHALLENGES DURING E6]
2. MAJOR CHALLENGES
1st: Translation process. Difficulty in translating some technical terms.
2nd: Dificult to measure the institutions resilince!!! For some indicators we don´t have clear information (emergency planning, skills, actions plans!).
3rd: Different realities in E6 (indicators) = public education vs. languages!
4th: In this indicator we are talking about RISK COMMUNICATION??????
5th: Local plataform to everyone (stakeholders) share information about their position is required!!
