The Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, (AP/HYD/32039) has filed an appeal under section 7 (I) of the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 before the Hon’ble EPF Appellate Tribunal aggrieved by the order passed under section 7A dated 02/08/2012 of the Employees Provident Fund Act. As per the order passed by the EPFAT, the Appellant while filing the 7(I) application have deposited a sum of Rs 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only).

Now the Hon’ble Tribunal has allowed the appeal filed by the Employer and set aside the 7A order dated 02/08/2012. The employer vide the letter dated 30/01/2015, requested to refund the amount. That the said amount of Rs 1, 00, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Crore only) to be refunded to the appellant. The amount paid by the Employer in Account Number wise is as follows.
