Support needed from BoA
LCs growing and performing: u Recognize the LCP and Local executive board efforts virtually or
in your next BoA meeting. u Ask what they need support with in terms of boosting their
results or engaging their membership u Make sure there is a solid plan to maintain operations going
during summer time.
LCs stagnated or decreasing: u Ask the LCP to report on bottlenecks and see if there’s anything
external that could help break them u Encourage the LCP/EB to utilize their resources (National
Support Team, aiesecushub.org, etc) and contact the MC.
