HOW THE RIMFREE® WC WORKS

COMPARE AND CONTRAST

1 Water cascades into the WC pan from a slot at the back of the bowl whilst holes at either end ofthe slot act as jets powering the water right around the bowl rinsing it clean quietly and effectively.

2 Smart design and engineering ensure that water enters the bowl at precisely the right angle to maintainits speed and force. The shape and size of the ‘sump’ at the bottom of the WC means that the pressureof the water coming in from above pushes the contents away quickly and smoothly.

3 With no rim the bowl looks cleaner.

A conventional WC, has a large number of holesunder the rim, or a narrow slot running its length.It’s almost impossible to properly clean under therim so millions of germs could be hiding there.

THE FLUSHWISE® WC &CONCEALED CISTERNSTwyford have been leading the way in reducingtoilet flush volumes. We have revolutionisedthe field with the introduction of the uniqueFlushwise® dual flush push button WC. Flushwise®

WCs use 4 or 2.6 litres each flush (an effectiveflush of just 3 litres) - less than half the waterof most toilets currently in use in the UK. AndTwyfords concealed cisterns use only 4 or 2.6litres of water and lead the field for reducingwater consumption.

TAPSOur unique dual action tap delivers waterat 2.5 litres a minute with one click back, and5 litres a minute with two clicks. You can choosethe rate of flow - it saves water every time.

And the Aquations low flow bath/shower mixerprovides a great shower and saves water too.It delivers 6 litres a minute on the shower function,while unrestricted flow on the bath filler allowsthe bath to be filled quickly - combiningperformance with water savings.

BATHSTwyfords Signature and Celtic baths havecapacities of just 152 and 140 litres whilegiving you a luxurious bathing experience.

The Celtic 1700 x 700mm bath offers allthe benefits of a standard size steel bath,but with a water saving capacity up to140 litres to the overflow.

WASHBASINSTwyford Total Install® washbasins are suppliedcomplete with factory-fitted wall brackets andwall fixings. Brackets for the basins, pedestalor wall mounted, can be adjusted for easypost-installation tiling without removal. Smallertap holes make for accurate alignment anda watertight seal. The end result is a muchmore secure fit and a more professional finish.

Pedestals have clearance for the installationof an in-line waste, removing the risk ofmisalignment and leaks when plumbedthrough the floor. This is particularly helpful incloakroom applications. A new positioningtemplate aids fast and accurate positioningfor optimum basin-to-pedestal fit.

WC SUITESWC pans come complete with floor fixings,large ‘drill through’ holes in the pan foot, plugsand integral cover caps, providing a truly secureand professional finish. Seats and covers comefactory assembled with a special fast-fix non-corroding hinge. This ensures accurate fittingfirst time - every time.

WC cisterns come with factory-fitted valves andfittings - saving time and energy. A push-fit servicevalve and connector, for copper or plastic pipe,guarantees a watertight seal without cross-threading or the need for extra parts. The cisternis quickly connected to the pan with inclusivestainless steel bolt kit, comprising fast-fix nuts anda specially supplied tool. The “doughnut” washer isself adhesive and doesn’t move during assembly.

BATHSTwyford’s Galerie Total Install® bath is suppliedwith all necessary screws and other fixings, andare standardised to reduce the number of toolsrequired. They’re complete with a factory fitted,tubular leg set, which simply flips into place.Shorter bath feet have threaded inserts andmake for fast adjustment and levelling. Woodenbaseboard runners make baths rigid so thereis no need for a ‘fifth foot’.

Tap holes are smaller, making brassware easierto fit and align - removing the risk of seepageand too-close a fit to surrounding tiling. Baths havean “upstand kit” designed to solve the problemof leakage. Bath panels come with quick andsimple magnetic fixings, for easy fitting, accessand maintenance.

Total Install® bath panels are suitable for any 1700 x 700mm bath.

• Product should have been fitted in accordance withour fixing instructions, UK Water Regulations 1999 andgeneral good plumbing practice.
