• THE TEST FOR FLEXIBILITY IS CALLED THE SIT AND REACH TEST.

• THIS TESTS HOW FLEXIBLE YOU ARE AROUND THE HIPS AND BACK.

• IN PAIRS, ONE COMPLETES THE TEST(3 GOES EACH), ONE RECORDS THE SCORE.

RULES OF THE TEST

• TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF AND PLACE YOUR FEET FLAT AGAINST THE BOX

• LEGS ARE STRAIGHT.

• REACH YOUR HANDS FORWARD AND TRY TO HOLD THE STRETCH( 2 SECS).

• YOUR PARTNER WILL RECORD YOUR SCORE BY USING THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE BOX.

HAND SHOULDER WIDTH APART.• TRY TO LIFT THAT STICK AS FAR IN THE

AIR AS YOU CAN, WHILE YOUR PARTNER MEASURES THE DISTANCE FROM THE STICK TO THE FLOOR.
