This letter of verification from Stormworks Con tracting Ltd. is to certify that one (1) underground oil storage tank has been removed from the property at 2903 East Georgia Street, Vancouver. Work was performed under Vancouver Fire Prevention Division Permit No. FI 403164 issued February 4, 2005.

• 1200 litres of oily water was removed from the tank by Newa1ta Corporation to facili ties at 7720 Anvil Way, Surrey.

• The tank was removed for recycling to MB Superior Metal Recovery, 1100 Powell Street, Vancou ver

• The excavation was refilled wilh clean sand fron1 Lehigh Northwest Materials Ltd.

The Vancouver Fire Prevention Division (VFPD) inspected the excavation on February 9u1, 2005.

There was no obvious contamination of water and/or earth

All work was completed on February 9th, 2005.
