Growth Plan

Increase sales of our revenue-producing, award winning ConsERV product.

Sales Force - Increasing our independent sales representative force, and improve productivity through customer visibility and better tools of existing sales representatives.

Infrastructure - Expanding manufacturing resources through strategic use of outsourcing to lower unit costs , and increase ConsERV’s margin(s).

International Presence - Contact and sell to international HVAC OEMs augmenting ConsERV’s market presence globally leveraging the Genertec (Chinese) agreement, and growing sales in NA.

People - Building the core team at Dais to provide new capability and continue executing the business plan.

Creating relationships and new revenue generating products:

Using our nano-materials in a patent-

pending process that doubles current HVAC efficiency and reduces CO2 output while eliminating refrigerants.

Finish development, and commence deployment of a patented process

that turns seawater, brackish water, and wastewater into potable water.

Working with GE’s Global R&D to create a new generation of electrical

storage product which uses our ’Family’ of materials that have shown promise to exceed lithium-ion energy density by 3X.
