The School of Corporate Law successfully conducted a two-day residential training program on “National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal

(NCLAT) at IICA during 23-24 September, 2016 at IICA Campus, Manesar.

The main objective of the program was to sensitize the stakeholders about the newly established NCLT/NCLAT, its related laws, rules and related procedures. The program has broadly covered different themes such as NCLT: A Bird’s Eye View, Transition from Company Law Board to NCLT, Drafting, Pleadings & NCLT Rules, Role of NCLT in Mergers and Amalgamations, Oppression and Mismanagement and Transition towards Insolvency

and Bankruptcy Code 2016: Role of NCLT.

The training programme was attended by 10 participants from ICLS Academy & other prestigious organizations such as Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Corporation Bank & Jubilant
